Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Onboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of service
Onboard provides AI-powered onboarding documentation generation and maintenance tools. The Service uses AI agents to generate, update, and maintain documentation based on user input and connected integrations.
Account and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or interfere with the Service's integrity or security. You are responsible for all content you generate through the Service.
AI-generated content
Content generated by Onboard's AI agents is based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before sharing it with employees or publishing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
Integrations
When you connect third-party integrations (GitHub, Google Workspace, Google Drive), you grant Onboard the permissions necessary to operate those integrations as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant these permissions within your organization.
Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
